Under 17 Fantastic Futsal 2017-18 Tournament

Ramagya School, Noida organized Under 17 Fantastic Futsal 2017-18 in association with KOOH Sports. The event was held in the School’s playground from 26th July to 28th July 2017. The schools from NCR that participated in the competition were- DPS, Haryana; Kothari International;  Khaitan Public School;  Ryan School, Noida; Aster School; Mayur Public School; JBM School and Anthernaphobia.

The host school, Ramagya School reached the finals of the tournament after  beating a lot  of strong teams in the fray. The final on 28th July 2017 was played between Ramagya School and Ryan School where the host team lost the match by a margin of 1 goal.

Ramagya School bagged the 2nd place and won the Runners Up trophy. ShaileshPawar of Ramagya Sports Academy was adjusted the best goal keeper of the tournament.

Ice Skating

Ice Skating

Aditi Singh, a Nursery grader in Ramagya School became the youngest girl ever to participate in under 4 (years) category of Ice Skating Competition held between 1st & 2nd Oct.2017, in Gurugram. The event witnessed participation from more than 40 Schools.
For her distinctive accomplishment, Aditi was awarded the participation certificate by ICE Skating Association for becoming the Youngest Girl to compete in ICE Skating Championship Tournament in India.
Ramagya School is proud of its youngest ice skater and her trainer, Mr. Sachin for bringing laurels to the School.

Table Tennis Championship -2017

On 28 th Oct 2017, Aashir Sidhana of Ramagya School participated in U-15 & U-19 categories of Delhi State Organizer Table Tennis Championship -2017 held at Bosco School Pachim Vihar, Delhi. 30 participants competed for the coveted Championship and it was a proud moment for Ramagya School when one of its students, Aashir Sidhana won 2 Gold medals in the District Championship in both U-15 & U-19categories. He is a student of Pinnacle Table Tennis Academy at Ramagya School. We congratulate our young District Table Tennis Champion on his stupendous success.

Report – Jr. Athletics Championship- 2017

On 24th October 2017, Ramagya School, Noida participated in the 1st U.P. State Junior Athletics Championship -2017 held at Reliable Institute, Ghaziabad.The Athletics team brought laurels to the school by winning 10 medals- 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 7 Bronze medals. The School had participated in both girls and boys events in U-12 and U-15 categories.
The lone gold medal was won in 200 m by Harsh Chaturvedi of XI B; Shantanu Gupta IX B & Paras Sharma XI B won Silver medals in 100 m and long jump event respectively. The bronze medals were won by Karishma Yadav VI B ( 200 m), Kashish Giri VI A (100 m), Love Aggarwal IX C (400 m), Ayush Dhal VIII B (800 m), Prince Yadav VIII C (Long jump), Yasir Ahmad VIII B (100 m) and Sugandh Saxena IX C (100 m)

Independence Cup Taekwondo Championship

Independence Cup Taekwondo Championship

Ramagya School, Noida participated in the 70th Independence Cup Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Stadium on 12thAugust 2017. The nine member Taekwondo team was mentored by their coach Mr. Rajeev.

All the nine members of the team won an individual medal.  Ramagya School won rich haul of medals comprising of 2 Gold; 4 Silver and 3 Bronze. Mr Rajeev was adjudged the Best Coach of the Tournament for the stupendous success of all students under his tutelage as each team member won an individual medal.The 2 Gold medals were won by Daksh Chauhan of 4 A in Light weight Category & Kushagra Sharma  of 8A in Heavy weight Category. The 4 Silver medal winners are- Rudraksh Singh of 4C (Middle weight Category); Ayush Rajput of 5 A (Light weight Category); Aditya Thapliyal of 6A (Middle weight Category) & Aarush Singh of 5 D (Middle weight Category). The Bronze medals were won by Aahan Jha of 5 A(Light Middle weight Category);  Lovesh  Yadav of 6A (Middle weight Category)  & Vaibhav Sharma  of 4C (Light weight  Category)

Bhartiyam Badminton Cup

Ramagya School, Noida participated in Bhartiyam Badminton Cup held at Noida Stadium from 4th to 6th August 2017. The seven member badminton team was mentored by their coach Mr. Trivesh.
The school won many medals in this Interschool tournament. In the senior category , Siddharth of XI A and Vaibhav of XI A won bronze medals in singles . The girls double team comprising of Harshima of grade XI C & Sanjana of XI A won the bronze medal. Vaibhav of XI A partnering Vidit clinched Gold medal in the doubles event,
In the the Junior Category as well, Ramagya won the Bronze medal.
Ramagya School won 4 bronze and 1 gold medal in the Bhartiyam Badminton Cup

Behtar India Campaign

Two students of Ramagya School , Aryan Singh of XII A and Shivani Yadav of XII B along with their teacher Ms. Shipra Kumar participated in the campaign Behtar India to work towards better future. The campaign was jointly launched by NDTV and DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance.It was organized in Modern School, Vasant Vihar on 4th August 2017. Ramagyans  actively interacted  in the session with the campaign ambassador – Mr.Sushant Singh Rajput and promised to work on the three pillars of Behtar India campaign – behtar swasthya, behtar swachhta, behtar vatavaran.     

It was  a great experiece and  an excellent opportunity for the students to get an opportunity to learn about making our country Behtar.

Invitational Roller Skating Championships

Ramagya School, Noida participated in the Invitational roller Skating Championships held at Decathlon, Noida on 29th & 30th July 2017. It was a 300 meter skating event for the age group between 6 to 14 years. Many Schools from Noida, NCR and Delhi participated in the event.
The Skating contingent comprising of 20 students under the mentorship of Mr Sachin, the Skating coach participated in the event. Ramagya Skating Team won a tally of 19 medals- 1 Gold; 5 Silver & 13 Bronze medals.
The solitary Gold medal was won by Charitavya of grade IV A. Silver medals were bagged by Khushi Chauhan- IV A, Anantarora- VA & Shreya Yadav- VI A. The students who brought Bronze medal for the School are- Akshat VII B, Anita- VI C, Abhayandh, Aryan Rana, Palak- III E, Ayush – V C, Ronak,- VA , Niyati- III Haradhiya- IV C, Manav- III D, Mohit Kumar- IV C, Earning Kumar- III D, Akshat – III A & Ayush VC

Deuce Academy Open Tennis Tournament-2017

Ronit Anand of Ramagya School was declared Runners Up in the under 10 category of Deuce Academy Open Tennis Championship 2017. The event was held at Saheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex in Greater Noida from 26th July to 30th July 2017.

Ramagya School congratulated its young winner and wishes him success and glory in all his future tournaments.
