Admissions- Pre-Primary School (Pre-Nursery – Kindergarten)
The admission procedure for every academic year commences from August onwards.
Pre-Admission Procedures
1. The applicant can purchase the Prospectus from the School’s Reception from Monday–Saturday, between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. In case you wish to meet the Admission Executive, you may visit the school between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
2. A pre-arranged appointment needs to be taken for a Campus visit.
3. Should the applicant wish to proceed with the admission, the process to be followed is
The applicant would be required to submit the Admission Form at the Reception with the set of documents mentioned in point no. 4. Once the documents are received, Admission Executive will allot date and time for the written test/ interaction.
Note:– All Interactions will be conducted on weekdays only.
4. Documents to be submitted with the Admission Form:-
- Original plus one copy of the students Birth Certificate (The original will be returned immediately after verification)
- Parent’s PAN Card copy (applicable for Indian Nationals)
- Parent’s Aadhar Card copy (applicable for Indian Nationals)
Results will be declared within 48 hours and communicated over the phone/email.
Post-Admission Procedures
Once Admission is granted you may proceed to deposit the Fees and submit the following documents-
- Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students
- Escort Card/ID Card Form
- Swimming Consent Form
- Medical Form
- An Orientation session will be held on the 1st day of the new session for Parents and Students.
- New Scholars will be allotted the section and the timetable for your ward (will be handed over by the Class Rep/Teacher) on the same day.
- Kindly inform the School of the applicant’s joining date if the same is not as per the School Calendar, via Email to the Admissions Office.

Before submission of documents, kindly ensure that all documents are filled in block letters, completed and duly signed. Any incomplete documents may lead to delay in the Admission procedure and increase the risk of not gaining a seat. Additionally, once all the details are organised, please deliver them in an L-Shaped transparent folder at the School Reception.

2. A pre-arranged appointment needs to be taken for a Campus visit.
3. Should the applicant wish to proceed with the admission, the process to be followed is-
The applicant would be required to submit the Admission Form at the School Reception with the set of documents mentioned in point no. 4. Parents’ will be then called along with the student, for a written test in English, Science and Maths. On the same day the Principal of the school will also be meeting the parent and the student.
Note:- All Interactions will be conducted on weekdays only.
4. Documents to be submitted with the Application form:-
- Subjects Opted For (Applicable for students applying for Grade 9 (IGCSE) and above.)
- Original plus one copy of the students Birth Certificate (The original will be returned immediately after verification)
- Copy of the previous Report Cards for three years.
- Personal Statement explaining why the applicant wants to join IB DP, if applying for the same
- Letter of recommendation from two teachers of the previous school, if applying for IB DP
Results will be declared within 48 hours and communicated over the phone/email.

ONLINE ADMISSION FORM
You can now apply to Ramagya School School for your ward, via filling the Online Admission Form (OAF). To do so please read through the below information.
Things You Should Know
- We recommend that you use the Chrome browser for filling this form.
- The OAF will cost you Rs.500 + transaction charges, per form.
- You would need access to Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet etc. to make payment online
- The Form comprises of 4 stages, i.e. Student Information, Parent Information, Upload Documents & Payment Information.
- You would be required to upload certain documents in the “Upload Documents” stage.
An E-Mail will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you. A “Unique ID” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
Sports Scholarship
Ramagya School besides offering academic scholarship offers a scholarship in sports. Ramagya School provides the optimal combination of sports and academics and making Ramagya School a forerunner in the area where a sports student feel that they have a chance to qualify and pursue the combination of sports and academics with ease.
Applicability
- The scholarship is offered to the students of classes I to XII.
- Applicable for the Current academic session.
- The benefit stands null & void if not applied in the same academic session.
- Once the Parent writes an application to Principal regarding adjustment in the tuition fee, the same will be done only after the approval by the Principal.
- Admission charges will be adjusted in the tuition fee if desired by the Parent.

Criteria
- It is mandatory to clear CLT at the time of admission (if the applicant student is a Non-Ramagyan).

For Ramagya Students
Criteria
- 25% discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured between 90% to 92.5 %
- 50 % discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured between 92.6 % to 95.5%
- 100% discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured 95.6% and above.
Applicability
- The scholarship is offered to the students of classes IV to XII.
- Applicable for the Current academic session.
- The benefit stands null & void if not applied in the same academic session.
For Non-Ramagya Students
Criteria
- Need to clear the mandatory CLT at the time of admission.
