What is Reflective Corner?

The students get an opportunity during the reflective sessions which help them to develop insight and deep thinking about various aspects related to their academics and co-curricular achievements. The meditative corners are for the practice of Yoga, insightful and introspection sessions for both students and teachers.


Why is it beneficial?

Yoga, an elixir that works on almost every new age predicament such as obesity, depression, diabetes and panic attacks, is not a solution only for grown-ups but also for young children and can help them lead a better lifestyle as they grow up. There are many benefits of practising Yoga:

Ramagyan Initiative

Ramagya School organised a TM session i.e. Transcendental Meditation, a technique for detaching oneself from anxiety and promoting harmony and self-realization by meditation, repetition of a mantra, and other yogic practices, promulgated by an international organization founded by the Indian guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. The school organised various workshops for good teaching and training of TM and inculcated the practice of meditation within the daily timetable of the school. The session has helped the students in improving themselves in all the spheres that are required for overall development.
