Pre Admission
Parents and guardians desirous of admitting their wards to Ramagya School should familiarize themselves with the school by filling the Inquiry Form. Interaction
There will be an interactive session and this aims to perceive the student’s depth of knowledge and understanding. It is normally conducted by the Head of Admissions, The Principal, and the Counsellor/ Special Educator. The session is important as we are keen to know about the student’s educational development, academic enthusiasm, extra-curricular interests, social skills, and use of language.
While coming for the Interaction Session, kindly bear the below-mentioned documents
- Archetypes of applicant’s school work i.e. exercise books, portfolios, etc.
- Primary level applicants (up to Grade 5) should bear at least one book that they prefer reading.
For Pre-primary school
Applicants will be examined by the Primary Head. During this interactive session, the applicant may be asked to mount on a few simple activities.
For Primary School
Applicants for class 1st to 5th will undergo the Interaction session and a written test. Testing is done for Basic English and Mathematics and Hindi.
For Grades 6 to 8
Applicants will undergo the Interaction session and a written test. Assessment will be primarily based on Basic English, Integrated Science, Mathematics, and Hindi.
Admission
After acquiring the admission, parents will have to pay the one-time Admission charges within two days to secure the seat of the applicant. Subsequently, the post-admission process will begin with the allotment of a unique Id to the applicant. Parents will be further asked to fill various forms and declarations that will be given at the time of admission.

Admission Vouchsafed
Grant of Admission
If the admission is conferred to the applicant, The Parents / Local Guardians will be accoutred The Fee Performa Invoice. Parents/ Legal Guardians will then be required to deposit the Admission charges and tuition fee as detailed in the Fee Performa Invoice and after the fee payment parent will have to fill post admission forms.
Upon receiving the same in order the Admission Office shall intimate the Student’s ID Number. This is a unique number allotted to a particular student and should be included in all communication made with school therefrom.
Depositing School Fee
Admission charges and tuition fee as detailed in the Fee Performa Invoice can be deposited at the time of accepting the admission but not later than the dates indicated in the Fee Structure of the school. Students shall not be allowed to attend the school if all or any of the Fee/ Amount is due.

Depositing School Fee
As alluded in the Fee Performa Invoice, School Fees has to be deposited at the time of accepting the admission.
Parents must adhere to the dates indicated in the Fee Structure of the school. Students will not be allowed to attend the school if all or any of the Fee/ Amount is due.
Note- In case of cancellation of seat before the commencement of session, processing fee of Rs. 25000/- ( as prevalent) will be deducted from the admission charges.

THE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR SESSION 2023-24
Ramagya School awards merit or academic scholarship to students who do exceptionally well in academic and educational frontiers. These are directed towards acknowledging students for their achievements in the fields of academics and educational prowess.
For Classes XI and XII
Criteria
- 50% discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured between 95.6 % to 97.5%
- 100% discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured 97.6% and above.
Applicability
- Applicable for the current academic session.
- Non Ramagya students need to clear the mandatory CLT test at the time of admission.
For Classes VII to X
Criteria
- 50 % discount on tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured between 95 % to 96.9%
- 75% discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured between 97% – 97.8%
- 100% discount in tuition fee will be given to the students who have secured 97.9 % and above

Sports Scholarship

Aesthetic Scholarship
Ramagya offers the aesthetic scholarship to the luminescent talents in the field of music, art and dance. Similar to the academic scholarships, an additional bursary can be awarded on a means-tested basis if required.
Criteria
- Students who got prizes obtaining 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions in Govt. recognized national level and state level competitions such as Ministry of Culture, Indian Council of Cultural Relations, Indian Railway Cultural Competitions, Bharat Vikash Parisad, Rotary Club, Reality Shows, Inter School Dance Competitions National and State level, Prayag Sangeet Smity, Bangiya Sangeet Samity, Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya Competitions and equivalent.

- The scholarship is offered to the students of classes I to XII.
