Dance can help restore joy and stability in troubled lives and ease the tensions in schools that are disrupted.

Dance education has important benefits for students’ social relationships, particularly among genders and age groups. Dancing is not just tapping your feet on the floor but we at Ramagya believe that “Dance is the hidden language of the soul of the body.” The success of Dancing Classrooms at Ramagya is an example of the well-documented relationship between physical activity and educational achievement. We help our students to communicate through this beautiful language of the soul by promoting two of the most popular dance forms all around the world.

India has been known all over the world for the gracious dancers it has shown to the world. The Indian dancers have exhibited the various classical dance performance at the world stage. At Ramagya, our Dance room houses the different Indian dance forms for children in Folk, Light Classical, and other Indian dance forms. For those students who have a keen interest in this co-scholastic area, various competitions and activities are being organized from time to time, in and out of school.
India has not only given doctors, scientists or engineers to the world but it is also a land of dance and is highly popular in various parts of the world for its magnificent and superb dance forms. We at Ramagya School, aim to preserve this legacy and pass it to the future generation so that they spread across the world and are praised for their contribution towards the development of better personalities and enthusiastic individuals. India has 8 classical dance forms and we at Ramagya try to infuse the classical dance with some western grooves by collaborating with famous Bollywood choreographer, Shiamak Davar. The dance style is a blend of contemporary and modern movements with strong ballet grounding and performance-based visuals. The students can later turn their passion for dance into a profession as well.
