Pastoral Care at Ramagya describes the act of morally and spiritually sustaining the students. Pastoral care aims at the personal care and needs of the students by the teachers. As it is well said that the teachers are the second parents and hence Teachers at Ramagya prove the point by fostering the emotional and moral needs of the god given children to them. Pastoral care aims at healing, sustaining, guiding, reconciling and nurturing of students whose troubles and concerns arise in the context of daily interactions and ultimate means and concerns. Ramagya takes it as a challenge to support and restore the most profound human aspects of the students’ lives and offer them the possibility of a new beginning (renewal) and restored strength (repose). We embark on an amazing journey as we seek to lead and serve students and families in their understanding and practice of pastoral care and the development of character.
